February 25, 2021 Midlothian, Virginia. Virginia Systems announced some products that are now discontinued and unsupported on both the Macintosh and Windows platforms. The list includes all QuarkXPress products, all search and retrieval products, and a footnote plug-in for InDesign:

* Sonar Bookends Professional - indexing for PDF and Quark documents
* Sonar Bookends Sequence - figure and table numbering/sequencing for Quark
* Sonar Bookends Xref - cross-reference generation for Quark
* Sonar Bookends Fnote - footnote/endnote generation for Quark
* Sonar Bookends InFnote - footnote/endnote generation for InDesign
